About the Role: We're seeking a dedicated Outbound Calls Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a professional and confident voice (understanding of trucking company setup is a plus). This role involves conducting research, scheduling and following up on emails, and making outbound calls to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough research on potential clients and their needs

• Scheduling and following up on emails with potential clients

• Making outbound calls to generate leads and build relationships

• Providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries

• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outbound calling or a related field

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team  

• A professional and confident voice, free from excessive perkiness or salesmanship

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of trucking industry and company setup

• Proficiency in using RingCentral, GoHighLevel, and other relevant tools
